An indoor motorcycling experience - store design with a roadscape
Honda Impian X is a store design concept dedicated to Honda motorbike showrooms throughout the entire Malaysia. Each outlets consists of two main areas, the showroom and service area, with a few other ancillary spaces such as bike delivery room, part storage room, merchandise corner, waiting area and riding trainer room.
A prominent racing counter with aluminium panels marks the focal point, where key elements of roadscapes such as tarmac surface, road kerb, highway divider, road signages are brought into the stores. Black and yellow epoxy floor painting marks the pathway for bike display while T8 fluorescent tubes are utilized and connected to create a dynamic and motional experience throughout.

To achieve this, motorcycling symbols and roadscape is brought into the store design, i.e. tarmac surface, road kerb, highway divider, signage, underground tunnel and so forth. Such ambient of the most charming moment for bikers has set a dream stage for the subject matter : the Honda motorcycles that belongs to the roads.
